Currently working as a developer for a VFX studio specializing in conversion of 2D images to 3D. Prior to this, internship with the USC Institute for Creative Technologies Graphics Lab led to 5 year permanent employment as Programmer/Analyst. 2 years Research Assistant work in the UK focused on creating realistic virtual representations of indoor scenes from laser scans and photographs, using the Visualization Toolkit. Strong sense of professional development and intellectual satisfaction from using multifarious computing technologies to solve challenging problems, primarily in visual realm. Ability and desire to learn, apply and improve on new techniques for solving such problems. Able to take initiative and work unaided, but also happy to work together with colleagues and end-users.
